Description
Nice large clear glass pitcher in the depression glass pattern called Colonial Knife & Fork. This pressed glass pattern was made by Hocking (prior to the name Anchor Hocking) in the 1930s. The plain columns with nicely added detailing at the top of the columns make this a nice pattern to add to any other tableware. Notice that the ice lip is not symmetrical (as per the handmade process of the era). Measures about 8” tall X about 8” handle to spout and holds about 54 ounces of liquid.CONDITION: Very good vintage condition. Straw marks from manufacturing process and scuffing from use are present especially along some of the ribs, where some tiny flea bites are also present (don’t show up in photos well). Clean, clear and shiny. Notice that the ice lip is not symmetrical.
